DIG Pre-Convention Workshop
Expand Your Creative Learning Spaces with Experiential Pop-Up Design

Sign up today for DIG’s Pre-Convention Workshop! During this all-day session, you will learn from our Gathering Keynote, Kerstin Nye and Experiential Guide, Abe Dickison in real-time!

Come prepared to dive deep into a purposeful and easy-to-transfer
design-thinking learning challenge. During the workshop, you will design and construct an experiential pop-up – and frame a relevant lesson plan that you
can use right away. Key concepts include journey mapping (strategy will be translated into the context of K12) and sketchnoting.

Problem Set: Navigating the Unknown, Patterns Define the Journey!
Each time we experience the challenge of finding our way around a new place, we are
faced with navigating the unknown. As we recognize patterns and how they connect,
the unfamiliar becomes more familiar. Eventually, we learn enough about the new space
to become confident in our travels, move past that feeling of being lost.
